Abbiamo estinto muti per 20 milioni di euro, muti vecchi a tassi del 8,5%. Questo ha ridotto il debito comunale (e il debito pubblico nazionale di conseguenza). Significa circa 3/400 mila euro in less than a year of interest expense, an enhanced ability to borrow and budget very virtuous.
