Yesterday there was an important city council. We have finally abandoned the idea of \u200b\u200breconstructing an airport in the east of Dal Molin and ask the government that we give in the area on which we want to achieve a large Peace Park.

Today there was a meeting of the Fifth Committee on "community services" con tema IPAB, proposte per un nuovo statuto.
A parte che è l'ennesima volta che si parla di Anziani, e non mi è mai capitato di parlare di politiche givanili in commissioni, vi riporto qui sotto quelle che sono le proposte di Vicenza Capoluogo da introdurre nel nuovo statuto. Speriamo che presto sia insediato un nuovo CDA e con le nuove regole possa iniziare a sistemare l'ente. Meridio è diventato improvvisamente buono ed è sostanzialmente d'accordo con le modifiche proposte, che se ci fossero state anche prima non gli avrebbero permesso di fare presidente, e comuque gli avrebbero fatto guadagnare un po' di quattrini in meno. Ma le persone intelligenti sanno cambiare idea...

Proposta di modifica dello IPAB status:

CDA:

· Reduce to 5 members

· Reduce allowance (equating the aldermen / city councilors)

· Term of office related to the mandate of those who appointed him (there is no representation, no fiduciary relationship ... but as for municipal councilors)

· Place a limit of two consecutive term

· Specify the incompatibilities between Board members and other elective office (municipality / province / region)

· Faculty of convening the CDA not only the president but also to 2 (or 3) board members

Transparency:

· Transmission to consiglieri comunali di copia del bilancio consuntivo e preventivo di ogni esercizio, e pubblicazione del patrimonio immobiliare aggiornata sempre annualmente.

· Relazione annuale del presidente in consiglio comunale su gestione, strategie, stato dei servizi e degli ospiti

Rappresentanza:

· regolamentare le funzioni dei rappresentanti degli ospiti e famigliari (iniziative per migliorare la qualità della vita degli ospiti, concertazioni su gestione economica e patrimoniale).
