Dopo 35 anni si completa tutto il percorso espositivo. Chi entra da piazza San Francesco per visitare le mostre (in questi giorni una mostra di Ersilia Manzone, decoro su ceramica, una mostra fotografica sulla città di Sora e i presepi artistici) può passare direttamente nelle sale con i reperti che vanno dalla preistoria al medioevo. Seguendo tutto il percorso si può uscire in piazza Mayer Ross, e viceversa. Nella piazza è stata ultimata e sarà inaugurata la nuova sala polivalente (foto) che avrà anche un punto d'informazione turistica. Sarà adibita a mostre, convegni, incontri e conferenze e sostituirà la sala consiliare. Tutto il progetto con gli schizzi e le piantine sarà pubblicato a febbraio sulla rivista Casabella . L'assessore Bruno La Pietra ha concluso, per questi primi anni di amministrazione, il suo programma deve ora aprire solo l'auditorium presso l'Istituto di Ragioneria in via Napoli.
